First, please log into your cPanel home screen.
Step 1. First, navigate to 'File Manager' under the 'Files' heading. This page provides the functionality to create backup files and download them.
Step 2. Select the files (manually or by using the 'Select All' button), then right-click and select the compress option.
Step 3. Select the compressed file, then select the 'Download' button. Alternatively, right-click on the file and choose 'Download'.
