If you would like to set up another email address on your hosting account, this is a very simple process and won't take long to add.
Once you've logged into the portal select your website under "Product/Service" within "My Services".
Within the menu on the left of the screen, scroll down and select "Email Management".
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will find fields waiting for you to add your desired email address. The email address will end the same way as your other email address associated to your hosting account. All you will need to add is the username for this email address and the password, not forgetting to confirm this.
You can set a quota size for this email address by selecting the arrow under "Quota" and this will dictate how many Mega Bites worth of emails the account can hold under this email address. But bear in mind that the emails held under this email address will use disk space from the account as a whole, please see our "Disk Space: what to do if you have recieved an "exceeded its disk space quota" error" documentation for more information on this.
Lastly, select "Save".
