How to delete email using cPanel

You can use the Email Disk Usage feature within the cPanel utility to delete unwanted emails.

1. Go to the Email section within cPanel.
   
   
   
   
   

2. Open the Email Disk Usage page, select the relevant email account, then click the  Actions/Manage heading and choose the desired action; for example, delete emails older than one year.
